My story has never followed a straight line.
I came to America to work and save money so that I could build something of my own. With those savings, I started my first construction and custom-building business. Within a year, the company had grown to a team of 11 people.
We were not simply building ordinary structures. I loved creating things people did not see every day—custom environments, themed restaurants, lodges, guest houses, stone features, furniture, baths, showers, basins and one-of-a-kind projects built around a client’s imagination.
Then life changed. I lost the business and found myself starting over with almost nothing. There was a period when I lived without running water or electricity and stayed in a tent. During that chapter of my life, I met the woman who would become my wife—and I began again.
FAMILY. PURPOSE. FUTURE.
Why the work matters.
Behind everything I build is my family. They remind me why time matters and why what we create with it matters even more.
My journey has taken me through success, loss, rebuilding, different countries, different industries and countless challenges. Family has given that journey a greater purpose.
Keystone Bastion is the culmination of what I have learned and the kind of work I know I was built to do: take something that exists as a vision and help make it real.

I started my second business, and within nine months I had built a team of five people. More importantly, I started to understand that my greatest strength was not simply construction.
IT WAS CREATION.
I could listen to somebody describe something that existed only in their mind and figure out how to make it real.
Then came the project that changed the direction of my life. I received a call from a man who wanted to build a chili farm in Mozambique. He had the vision. My responsibility was to figure out how to make it happen.
I went to Mozambique and built the operation from the ground up. Within approximately four months, we had taken an idea and turned it into an operational farming system.
HIS VISION BECAME MY MISSION.
That experience made something very clear to me. I did not only want to build houses, farms, restaurants or individual projects. I wanted to help people build businesses.
Construction, custom building, agriculture, business operations and hands-on problem solving have taught me how to start with an empty space, a difficult problem or simply an idea—and work forward until there is something functioning on the other side.
THAT IS WHY I CREATED KEYSTONE BASTION GROUP.
I know what it feels like to build. I also know what it feels like to lose everything and have to build again. Those experiences taught me that success requires resilience, execution, discipline and the willingness to keep moving when things do not go according to plan.
